Vendor Demos
Vendors of access technology frequently stop by The Carroll Center's, Technology Center to show our staff and students their newest products. Some of these demonstrations will be videoed while others will be broadcast live. Check out the Special Events calendar to see when the next demo is scheduled.
One-Hour Workshops
There are some subjects that can be taught in an hour or less. Who wants to go to all of the trouble to get to an event that lasts for only one hour? Usually free, but occasionally at a small charge, these one-hour seminars will always take place on-line and will some times be live. Check out the Special Events calendar for more information.
Interactive Chatroom Sessions
Utilizing the power of Ivocalize, CARROLL TECH occasionally offers a time and a place where access technology users can share their collective knowledge on a specified topic such as the use of CD burners, on-line shopping techniques and gaming.
Staff Presentations
